Dr. Augustine earned her Bachelor of Arts in Biology, graduating Cum Laude from the University of California, San Diego. She continued her education at the Southern California College of Optometry, graduating with Honors. She began her professional journey as an Assistant Professor at the same institution, gaining invaluable experience over five years.
With over 23 years at OC Eyecare Optometry, Dr. Augustine brings extensive expertise in contact lens and solution investigational studies. Her contributions to the field include serving as an Expert Examiner for the National Board of Optometry and an Expert Exam Writer for the California Board of Optometry. She is Board Certified in Diagnostic and Therapeutic Agents by the State of California, ensuring top-quality care for her patients.
Dr. Wynette Augustine has been a dedicated resident of Placentia for many years, living with her husband, Greg. Her family roots run deep in the community, with her son Jason graduating from El Dorado High School and her daughter Dallas from Valencia High School.
